Champion Porthos, Monsieur & Madame Dretzen, and President Fallièrre

This page includes historic photographs of the above. Seaver Smith of Quibbletown Kennels, Massachusetts, USA, supplied the pictures with the following story. "Dr. and Mrs. Merrill purchased a puppy from Quibbletown several years back (from letter in 1996). She was basque, and they went to her family home in Arles, France every Summer. They found the originals of these photographs after her Grandmother passed away. They brought them back to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology photo lab to see if they could be resurrected." These pictures along with the one on the "Dretzen" page are the result. Seaver said that Mary Crane never saw these photographs as she had passed away prior to their discovery. These pictures are all circa 1910 or 1911.
