Aneto est 1972

American Champion Karolaska's Captivator, HOF, HOF

"Harvey"

2/3/73-9/7/86

At Aneto we have studied the breed from its origin in France via way of its original importations, through its primary kennels since the breed arrived in North America, and into its present breeding lines. We have also studied the breed as it exists today in France over the past 15 plus years. Much of the information relative these studies are part of this web page and more will be added as I develop the information. The only reason I undertook this study was to become a better breeder. The future will indicate if I succeeded.

At Aneto we breed only a few litters per year. All breeding are carefully planned and arranged. Many of our breeding beginning in 1996 and 1997 were via bitches we leased only because they presented us with the important genes that combined with our stud dogs we know will equal the best the breed has to offer.
